I was constantly telling him different things that I needed when it came to my apartment and every time he made sure my needs were met. He was patient, kind, and resourceful. He genuinely cares when it comes to finding you the right home and is not afraid to go the extra mile to make sure your needs are met. He is honest and incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to anything from building structure, and code regulations, and knowing where everything is in every neighborhood. I found a home I feel comfortable and excited about and I couldn't have done it without John!
John was absolutely incredible in helping me find a place to rent. You will be extremely impressed with his immediate communication throughout the process and even after finding a place. He's on top of it at all times, He will text you and call you always with answers or tell you he's working on it. Personally, he made me feel like I was his only client, which is extremely difficult to accomplish in such a fast pace environment! His approach and communication are extremely sharp, he was very polite but also straightforward which helps you be efficient with your time. On top of that he has impressive negotiation skills and helped me get exactly the place I wanted, he made it happen! Highly recommended and will continue to work with him and refer him!
I contacted John Charmelo about selling my house in March this year. He set an appointment up to see the house and property right away. The house was a fixer-upper or tear-down. The land that the house sat on was the most valuable. John went to work right away looking at comparable properties in the area. He was very thorough in looking at many of the lots in the area.
